In Nikopol, six were injured, houses and cars were damaged: details from the prosecutor's office

On the morning of October 23, Nikopol was once again subjected to artillery fire from the enemy army. The occupiers shelled the city with rocket launchers. So far, six people have been injured. This was reported in the press service of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.

According to the investigation, in the morning of October 23, 2022, the occupiers shelled Nikopol. Six residents were injured. Residential buildings, a kindergarten, private enterprises, cars of citizens were damaged.

On October 22, the Russian military carried out artillery fire from rocket salvo systems on the Chervonogrigorivka community. As a result, four locals were injured. Private residential buildings and commercial buildings were damaged.

On the morning of October 23, the enemy shelled Nikopol with "Hurricanes" and cluster munitions. The police are documenting the consequences of Russian aggression. This was reported by the press service of the Nikopol district police department.

Today, at 8:30 a.m., the Russians attacked Nikopol with Uragan surface-to-air missiles. Fragments of cluster munitions were found at the sites of shelling. According to the prosecutor's office, 6 people were injured as a result of the shelling. A woman and men were injured. The youngest of them is 22 years old. Houses, a kindergarten, buildings of private enterprises were damaged.

During the day, the occupiers repeatedly shelled the Nikopol district. Yesterday, at 16:25, from the side of the temporarily occupied city of Energodar, the enemy shelled the Chervonogrigorivsk community. There are four injured people, they were hospitalized. Private houses, farm buildings and power lines were damaged.

The police appeal to the residents of the community. If suspicious objects are found near the places of shelling, do not approach them and in no case take them in your hands. Immediately call the numbers "102" or "101". These may be unexploded cluster munitions. We remind you that they can be scattered around the city and detonate after 40 hours.
