Margarita and Oleksiy Turchak are a couple of true patriots. He is a MedCorp Premedical Care Instructor. She is the editor of Informator Dnipro and a volunteer. In the war, they are brothers who evacuate wounded soldiers together. The paramedics talked about their difficult everyday life, Dnipro Informator reports with reference to the video of the Telegram channel "Volunteer's Notes".

Oleksiy was born in Dnipro, studied at the 61st Lyceum and the Prydniprovsk State Academy of Construction and Architecture, majoring in civil engineering. In 2014, he went to the front as a volunteer.

Margarita dreamed of becoming a journalist from the age of 13, so she entered the faculty of FSZMK at DNU. She worked as a correspondent for 5 years, and then as an editor. In the spring of 2022, she, together with her friends Khrystyna Lyakh and Maria Chala, organized the Patronus charity fund to support our military.

Currently, the couple is working on one evacuee. The two of them rescue the wounded Defenders.

"I act as both a driver and a paramedic. She is also a paramedic. We already understand how to work. Maybe easier, maybe harder. I think it's easier because we're close. In stressful situations, we are there, we support each other and we work, we help our boys," - says the man.

Margarita shared that she wants to return to her usual life.

"I had a great life. We had a great life. We have two cats and a dog. I have an amazing husband, incredible friends, mother. I just want to get back to life, to work. And, of course, to the volunteer," - she says. More in the video.
