360 employees of schools and kindergartens were laid off in Marganets

World need know it. A publication appeared on the Facebook social network, which mentions that the executive committee of the Marganets City Council adopted decision No. 293 "On making changes to the staff lists of educational institutions of the territorial community."

On the basis of this decision, "in order to optimize the activity and expediency of maintaining educational institutions, rational and effective use of available resources, ensuring the sustainable functioning of educational facilities in conditions of martial law and equal access to quality education" to the staff lists of educational institutions in the city of Marganets with On 12/15/2022, changes are made, and the education department of the Marganets City Council is obliged to conduct measures to dismiss more than 360 people in institutions.

At the same time, the post says that the Department of Education, the trade union and the collectives of educational institutions fought until the last for the preservation of staff units and the transfer of people to layoff mode with the preservation of 2/3 of the salary, as required by law. However, the decision of the executive committee remained unchanged, despite the fact that, according to the trade union, it violates more than 10 laws and legal provisions.
