In Nikopol, volunteers saved almost 300 homeless dogs in one year

Suffering of animals due to Russian shelling. Volunteers distributed homeless animals in Nikopol during 2022. 141 dogs were accommodated. Save about 300 animals. More than 20 went to Poland. This became known from Facebook. The message appeared in one of the local animal groups.

In Nikopol, homeless animals are cared for by employees and volunteers of the NGO Nikopol Animal Shelter "Chance for Life". They summed up the last year - a year of war, trials and losses. A year under fire, on the brink of life and death, but they and their wards persevered and persevered.

Over 140 dogs found their families during this extremely difficult year. 21 dogs were evacuated to Poland. 86 animals returned to their owners or to their native places. Shelter volunteers rescued 294 homeless animals.
