All the victims brought to the hospital in Dnipro had their faces covered in blood

Serhii Ryzhenko, Mechnikov's chief physician, spoke about the condition of the victims of the enemy attack in Dnipro. The rocket hit a high-rise building. So far, 21 dead are known. People's screams can still be heard. They are looking for them under the rubble.
