On the night of September 28, from the side of the occupied territory of the Zaporizhzhia region, the occupiers struck the residential quarters of Nikopol several times. They were fired from MLRS and barrel artillery. Fifteen buildings, a bus stop, power lines, and gas pipelines were damaged as a result of the shelling. Police officers collect evidence of Russian war crimes.
At night, the Russian invaders hit Nikopol three times. The shelling caused two fires in private houses. This was reported by the press service of the National Police in the Dnipro region.
The Russian army also shelled the coastal territory of the Marganets community from Energodar. There were no casualties or damage.
Currently, police officers are working at the sites of the hits, inspecting the sites of shelling, collecting physical evidence and recording the consequences of the enemy attack by the occupation forces of the Russian Federation.
According to this fact, the investigative department of the Nikopol district police department entered information into the EDPR under Art. 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
